Raissa Venables (b. 1977 New Paltz, NY) attended the Art Student's League in New York City and earned a BFA in Photography and Ceramic Sculpture from the Kansas City Art Institute. She received an MFA in Photography from Bard College. She has exhibited internationally and her work is in numerous collections in the US, Germany, and Switzerland.
