The Hindu Temple of Brooklyn
"Deep in the heart of Brooklyn, in the cellar of a 4 story tenement building, sits a magnificent Temple filled with life-sized statuary of gods and goddesses hidden from the sidewalk above. This was a perfect fit for my series called The Prayer Project. Like all the rest of the images in the series so far, it depicts the fundamental need of people to gather together and connect spiritually in order to face things beyond their understanding."
